 1.Yoga and exercise-

Practicing yoga and doing exercise must be part of your daily routine. You may be very busy but you must do yoga and exercises in morning or evening. 2.Meditation-

Meditation is another important thing to reduce stress. Beside this, meditation increases our focus and effectiveness. Simplest way to do meditation is to sit in a comfortable position. Then thinking about something(like a flame of candle) closing your eyes. Doing it for 5-10 minutes will be enough to reduce stress.

3.Sufficient sleep-

7-8 hours of sleep is always recommended for all. Below this amount of sleep can cause several problems in your life. You might have lots of work to do but never compromise with the amount of sleep. Sleep is even more important than exercise and meditation .If you skip exercise and meditation for one day it will be okay, but skipping sleep will be really detrimental to your health.

4.Avoiding smoking and drinking-

I understand that most of us have consumed alcohol and tobacco at sometime of our life. Sometime we think that stress can be reduced by smoking and drinking. So I will advise you to stay away from smoking and drinking in order to reduce stress.

5.Time management-

Time is something you cannot control. But you can manage it . If you think deeper, sometimes you might get stressed due to lack of time. Not only you, we all get stressed due to lack of time. But those who use it wisely become successful .So try to manage each and every second to use the time wisely.

6.Talking with friends-

Talking and discussing about your problems with some genuine friends will always help you to reduce stress. But before doing that make sure your friends are genuine. Otherwise any fake friend can use your weak point against you.

7.Limited usage of social media-

Nowadays it is our habit to post almost everything on social media.
