Due to any infection , underline illness , or some other cause fever is experienced . Sometimes fever is not a disease , it is symptoms of any other disease . Fever generally remains for three days. Sometimes if it is viral fever, it may remain for 5 to 7 days.

During fever body remain weak , so it is better not to do any asanas .Breathe needs to be changed from one nostril to another after some times . It can be done by closing the active nostril and inhaling and exhaling by another nostril.

During fever body remains weak . In this time you will feel uneasy. Having rest is always good for you in this case. You might not get proper taste of food. But you need to have food to get rid of weakness.

Once the fever is reduced down , one must take care of food so that no constipation occurs .

Diet:

Patient must drink plenty of water. Drink coconut water and citrous fruit juice first day . Second day eat cucumber, tomato along fruit juice and coconut water. On third day have some solid food also. This diet will surely solve fever.
