You are in quarantine now due to corona virus. During quarantine staying all the time within home affect your mind and spirit in several ways. It is not your normal lifestyle unless you have introverted personality . Until you can go outside , you can follow below tips to make your mental and spiritual health good.
#1.Talk to spouse, family members-
It is the time when you spending all the time with your spouse or other family members. It is quite possible that you had some issues with them in past or in present. But to resolve that issue is to discuss with them regarding that and sort it out. It will help you to make a better future. And when the issue will be resolved, you will become stress free and have a good mind.
#2.Chat with friends-
Perhaps you are already video chatting with your friends regularly. It is very necessary for you too. Friends are a part of your life. When you chat with them, you feel good. It makes your mind fresh. But make sure you don’t do any negative discussion with your friends. It may harm your mind. During this time you can discuss about your good memories, future hangout or travel plan or new ideas with your friends.
#3.Listen to good song or music-
Listening song always has effect on your body and mind. In free time, try to listen your favorite songs. It might be romantic one, classical one, or any energetic music. It will refresh your mind. But please try not to listen to any sad melodies. It may make you sad. And this is the time you need to be happy for your healthy mind.
#4.Read good books-
Reading books always makes you productive. It boosts your intellect. There might be some book in your home, which you have not read yet. So it is the time to read this. Apart from this it will be a good idea to listen to audio books or book summery in internet. You can also make list of books which you will like to read after this quarantine period.
#5.Maintain work life balance–
Perhaps you are working from home right now. But you should not work 24 hours. In this situation also you need to maintain work life balance. Because working 24 hours will affect your mind badly. So make a routine, work during your scheduled time , and then wrap up.
#6.Sleep well during quarantine-
Needless to say that you need to sleep 7-8 hours every day for a good health. Never ever compromise with it. Because if you compromise with sleep , so many things in your life will be compromised. Sleep is required for your good mental and spiritual health specially during this quarantine. So sleep 7-8 hours minimum.
Meditation is very important for your spiritual health and mental health. It will energize you, make your concentration level good and benefit you in other ways. To meditate you need to sit quietly first, then think about any object constantly closing your eyes. Try this 5-10 minutes everyday .You will find drastic change in your life by doing meditation.
