I will suggest you to avoid non vegetarian foods. These increase fat in your body. Which might affect heart, causes cancer, obesity. So to maintain a good immune system you should not compromise with other organs. Otherwise it might cause exponential harm to you.
6.Avoiding smoking and drinking-
Needles to say that smoking and drinking are injurious to health. You should not smoke or drink. If you are still doing so, leave it right now. I understand it is hard for you, but you must do this for your health. Corona virus affects lungs. If you are already injuring your lungs, then the affect will be severe. Similarly you should not consume alcohol. It harms liver which is one of the important organ. So say no to smoking and drinking right now.
7.Drinking plenty of water-
Water is very essential for your body. 70% of your body made up of water. Water will maintain proper blood pressure and body temperature. Water will make your skin good. Water has many other benefits. So drink plenty of water.
