1.Manage your time-


Time is the one thing we cannot get back once it is passed away.Richest and poorest man on this planet both get 24 hours in a day.We have lots of regret in our life because we donot properly utilise time. So start utilising time properly from right now.First make your routine and then stick to it to do right work at right time. Once you start utilising your time properly, your life will be drastically changed.


2.Make your financial goal and create blueprint-


It is true that we all are working for money. But earning money without any financial goal is meaningless.First thing you must focus on is to get rid of any debt unless it is giving you tax benefit.Then start making short term and long term fnancial goal.For example , your short term financial goal can be to buy a new house within some years and long term goal can be to be secured after retirement or secure your kids’ future. Then make plan and start working accordingly. Securing future financially will give you a tension free present.


3.Be more active-


Sometimes you might have noticed that you made a great plan but it was not executed well. To convert any dream or plan into reality, you need to act on that. Once you become a person of action, almost half of your problem will be solved.For this you need to create a mindset to take action according to your plan to maintain work life balance.


4.Do yoga and meditation regularly-


Yoga and meditation must be a part of your routine. Without a good health and mind, material wealth has no value. 5.Do health checkup regularly-

6.Spend time with your loved ones-


Beside professional life , spend sometime for personal life. In this time, spend time with your loved ones. It might be your spouse, friends,relatives or your loved pet. Take some leaves when you have less work and go to vacation with them. Without this you will feel yourself like a machine. Remember , you only live once, so enjoy the life.


7.Spend time with yourself-


Though it sounds weird, but you need to spend sometime with yourself too. In this time you can introspect and improve yourself. Think about your work, your families , your friends. Surprisingly , you will find great ideas while spending time with yourself. Remember if you want to be loved, love yourself first.
