It is very common that sometimes you might suffered from diarrhea or diarrhea like symptoms.It becomes to difficult for you to work during diarrhea. Diarrhea remedy is possible with yoga and proper diet.

Symptoms:

Diarrhea symptoms include coming out of liquid and watery stool many times in a day .You will also feel pain in abdomen sometime .

Causes:

Improper diet and stress are the main reasons for diarrhea  .Due to such reasons, intestines get infected by bacteria, virus or parasite , which cause liquid ,watery stool .Sometimes improper bowl movement happens due to having more processed foods.This improper bowl movement causes constipation. Due to prolong constipation, stool remains within colon. After a certain period it comes out getting liquefied.

How to cure constipation ?

Diarrhea causes dehydration , which is very bad for health .This may lead to weakness, dizziness.

Yoga Remedy :

Remedy of diarrhea is possible by yoga. Yoga poses help to cure prolong constipation which leads to prevention of diarrhea. Also yoga detoxifies body which helps body to get rid of several viruses, bacteria . This also leads to prevent diarrhea. Below yoga poses are very important for diarrhea treatment.

Agnisar Kriya :

Sit in Padmasana yoga pose on yoga mat. Then exhale air and then contract your abdomen. After that, inhale air and expand abdomen slowly. Do it for at least 10 times. This yoga pose has several benefits. Agnisar kriya pose will help you to cure or reverse several diseases in your intestines. This yoga pose will also increase your hunger and strengthen your spleen and liver.

Vramana pranayama (Breathing exercise wile walking):

Vramana pranayama is a breathing exercise and not exactly yoga pose. You need to do following steps to do this breathing exercise. Start walking , with 4 steps inhale air and with 4 steps exhale air .After repeating this 3-4 times , inhale air with 6 steps and exhale air with 6 steps .Continue it for 4-5 minutes .Try to increase the time of inhaling and exhaling gradually. You should do this breathing exercise at morning. Vramana pranayama will strengthen your lungs and heart. This breathing exercise purifies blood. Old persons specially get more benefits from this pranayama.

Diet :

Your diet chart mus include healthy foods.Drink lots of fresh water to avoid dehydration .Sometimes drink water with lemon juice . One can eat apple or some citrous fruits. It will increase vitamin c in your body .It is better not to have food until hunger is felt .
