Allergy is very common disease .It can happen at any age. Sometimes rashes happen on skin, itching also happen and sometimes both happen. According to yoga you can treat allergy by purifying your inner body. For this you need to do some yoga and follow some diet plan. Apart from yoga,maintaining hygiene is also important for home remedy of allergy.
Due to intake of any drug , food or contacting with any substance , abnormal behavior happen in our immune system . It is main allergy symptom.For example, some people has allergy in eggs, some has allergy in prawn.Apart from food some people have allergy in dust.
There are several reasons of allergy. Such as –
- Consuming any drugs
- Having any food.
- Contacting with any substance.
- Asthma .
But as per yoga, main reason of allergy is toxic substances of your body. If this toxic substances don’t come out of your body, it can create allergy.
Home Remedy of Allergy by Yoga :
Home remedy of allergy is possible by yoga poses. As allergy happens due to toxic substances in your body , allergy treatment can be done by removing those toxic substances by yoga poses. These yoga poses are below for allergy remedy at home.
Vaman dhauti(Stomach cleaning):
In the morning in empty stomach, drink slight warm water fully .Then insert fingers in the throat and vomit the whole water along with other substances of stomach. This yoga kriya will cleanse your stomach by removing impure acid, bile, mucus from wall of empty stomach. In this way it purifies your body also. Dhauti kriyas are different from yoga poses. According to hathayoga, If anyone become expert in dhauti, he can keep body totally disease free . Experts in dhauti can save their lives even after being poisoned as per hathayoga.
Agnisar Kriya :
Sit in Padmasana yoga pose on yoga mat. Then exhale air and then contract your abdomen. After that, inhale air and expand abdomen slowly. Do it for at least 10 times. This yoga pose has several benefits. Agnisar kriya pose will help you to cure or reverse several diseases in your intestines. This yoga pose will also increase your hunger and strengthen your spleen and liver.
Sarvangasana(Shoulder stand yoga pose) :
Sleep with front side upward on yoga mat. Then bend your two legs .Place your hands in your back and straighten your body up .Stay for 3 minutes in this position and breathe normally. Sarvanga means whole body. In this yoga posture, almost every body parts are used. That’s why, it is called Sarvangasana. This yoga posture has several benefits. While practicing sarvangasana yoga pose, bloods will come towards head. Doing so will be beneficial for your brain, this pose will boost your memory and intelligence. Also this yoga pose will also strengthen thyroid, parathyroid ,tonsil and salivary glands.
Sasangasana(Yoga Rabbit Pose) :
Sit on your knees on yoga mat and keep the body straight .Then touch your knees with forehead .Move your back upward .Hold your feet with hands .Stay in this position for 3 minutes and breathe normally . Sasanga means rabbit. In this yoga pose yogi looks like rabbit. That’s why this yoga pose is called Sasangasana. Sasangasana yoga pose has several benefits. This yoga pose will strengthen your spine and nerves. It will also activate your thyroid, pituitary, tonsil glands. In this yoga pose, blood will flow towards head, which will help your brain. This posture will help children to increase height.
Along with maintaining a healthy diet plan fasting a day in week is good for health in allergy treatment . You should not consume tobacco and caffeine .Fruits and vegetables are very good for health in this case.
